You already found the people. Hand us the employment

Employer of record is for organisations that do not have a sourcing problem. The individuals are identified, sometimes already working with you. What is missing is a compliant employing entity to stand behind them — and the appetite to run payroll, statutory filings and employment liability in-house.

Who typically needs this

01

Informal arrangements that need regularising

Individuals engaged as freelancers or on invoice-only terms, without provident fund, ESI or proper documentation. Workable until an audit, a dispute or a client due-diligence questionnaire asks how the arrangement is structured. Moving them onto a compliant payroll removes that exposure without disrupting the work.

02

Foreign entities with no Indian payroll presence

You want people based in India but have no registered entity here, and establishing one for a handful of roles is disproportionate. We employ them locally under Indian law while they work to your direction and your hours.

03

A fragmented contingent workforce

People sourced through several vendors, on different terms, with different notice periods, arriving as separate invoices. Consolidating them under one employer gives you one contract, one invoice and one consistent set of terms.

Everything below moves to us

This is the burden that nobody budgeted for and that grows quietly with every additional person.

  • Employment contracts, offer letters and terms of engagement
  • Background and document verification before onboarding
  • Monthly payroll processing and disbursement on a fixed date
  • Provident Fund registration, contribution and monthly filing
  • Employee State Insurance where applicable
  • TDS deduction, quarterly Form 24Q returns and annual Form 16 issuance
  • Professional Tax deduction and state remittance
  • Leave, attendance and timesheet administration
  • Statutory registers kept inspection-ready
  • Contract renewals, exit formalities and full and final settlement

The working relationship stays exactly as it is

The people continue reporting to the same manager, attending the same ceremonies and working on the same systems. From their day-to-day perspective almost nothing changes — except that their payslip, statutory contributions and Form 16 now come from a compliant employer, on time, every month. For most individuals moving off an informal arrangement, that is a material improvement rather than a disruption.

A transparent fee on an agreed salary cost

Employer of record is priced as an administration fee applied to a salary cost you already know, because you set it. There is no sourcing component, since you found the people. What the fee covers is stated in the agreement, and nothing is added afterwards.
