Compliance is not paperwork. It is our licence to trade

In regulated sectors a supplier's compliance record is assessed before its capability is. When a professional is deployed through Zevion, every obligation below sits with us — and evidence of it is available to your procurement and audit teams on request.

The mechanisms behind the commitment

  • Written employment contracts. Every deployed professional holds a signed contract stating scope, rate, notice period and terms before the assignment begins.
  • Background and document verification. Identity, qualification and employment history checked before deployment.
  • Salary on a fixed date. Paid on the committed date each month, independent of when a client invoice settles.
  • Filings on or before due date. Statutory returns are scheduled and tracked, not handled reactively.
  • Inspection-ready records. Attendance, contracts, registers and pay records maintained so they can be produced without preparation time.
  • Replacement cover. If a deployed professional leaves within the agreed guarantee period, we provide cover under the terms set out in your contract.

Registrations

Registered office
4th Floor, Office No. 402,
66 High Street Square, Baner,
Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India

Zevion Technologies maintains the registrations required to employ and deploy staff in India, including corporate identity, tax, provident fund, employee state insurance, professional tax and shops and establishment registrations.

Registration numbers and certified copies are provided directly to procurement and vendor empanelment teams on request, and will be published here once vendor onboarding documentation is finalised. We have deliberately chosen not to display unverified identifiers on a public page.

Confidentiality and data handling

  • Confidentiality obligations are written into every employment contract and every client agreement.
  • Deployed professionals work within your security perimeter, under your access controls and your acceptable use policy.
  • We do not retain client system data. Any material shared with us for the purpose of assessing a requirement is held only as long as that requirement is live.
  • Candidate personal data is handled under our candidate data notice.
  • Client-specific security, screening or contractual requirements can be incorporated into the engagement contract.
