Candidate data notice
If you send us a CV, this is exactly what happens to it. Written for candidates, not for lawyers.
What we collect
Whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, telephone number, skills, total experience, current and preferred locations, notice period, and the contents of your CV. If we speak with you, we also record our own assessment notes about your suitability for particular roles.
Why we hold it
To assess you against live client requirements, to talk to you about specific assignments, and — if you are deployed — to employ you and meet our statutory obligations as your employer.
Who sees it
Internally, only the people working on requirements you might fit. Externally, your profile is shared with a prospective client only where it is genuinely relevant to a live requirement, and we will tell you which client before we send it. We do not circulate CVs speculatively to build relationships, and we do not sell candidate data.
How long we keep it
We retain candidate data while it remains relevant to placing you, and we review it periodically. If you ask us to delete it, we will — subject only to records we are legally required to retain if you have been employed by us.
What we will not do
- Submit your profile to a client without telling you first
- Misrepresent your experience, skills or rate to make a submission look stronger
- Add you to a mailing list you did not ask for
- Sell, rent or trade your data
Please do not send us
Identity documents, bank details, payslips, passwords or any other sensitive material at enquiry stage. We do not need them to assess you, and email is not a secure channel. If you are offered an assignment, verification documents are collected later through a proper onboarding process.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@zeviontechnologies.com and we will action it and confirm when it is done.
How your data reaches us
The consultant form on this site does not transmit anything automatically. It assembles a draft email in your own email application, which you review and send. Until you send it, your information stays on your device.
