Who we are

Zevion Technologies is a resource leasing and contract staffing company operating in India, with its registered office at 4th Floor, Office No. 402, 66 High Street Square, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. Through the client enquiry form that is your name, company, work email, telephone number and the details of the role you are seeking to fill. Through the consultant enquiry form that is your name, email, telephone number, skills, experience, location preferences, notice period and any CV you choose to attach.

This website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking tags. Web pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Maps frame showing our registered office; both cause your browser to make a request to Google and disclose your IP address to that service.

How your data reaches us

No automated form submission endpoint is currently configured. The forms assemble your entries into a draft email that opens in your own email application, which you then review and send. Until you send it, the information remains on your device.

Why we use it

Client enquiry data is used to understand and respond to your requirement, to prepare a shortlist and to issue commercial terms. Consultant data is used to assess your suitability for current and future assignments and to contact you about them.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your request and, where an engagement follows, to take steps toward and perform a contract. Consultant data is processed on the basis of your consent in submitting it, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Client requirement details are shared internally only. Consultant profiles are shared with a prospective client only where the profile is genuinely relevant to a live requirement, and we tell you which client before doing so. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Client enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship or the enquiry remains relevant. Candidate data retention is described in our candidate data notice.

Security

Access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it to respond. Confidentiality obligations are written into our employment contracts. Email is not an inherently secure channel, so please do not send identity documents, financial records or passwords through these forms.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to contact@zeviontechnologies.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update this page. This version reflects the website as currently published, including the absence of a form submission endpoint and the absence of analytics.
